Welcome to Plante Inc. Below you will find our terms and conditions, which apply to all purchases made on our webshop. We recommend that you read them carefully before placing your order.

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of shirts and other products via our webshop https://planteinc.dk/. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

When you place an order on JP Junior, a purchase agreement is established once you receive an order confirmation from us. The order confirmation will be sent to your email address and confirms that we have received your order.

All prices on our webshop are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. Prices may change, but you will be charged the price applicable at the time of your order.

We accept the following payment methods: Dankort, Visa, MobilePay, PayPal, and ApplePay. Payment will not be deducted until your order is shipped.

We deliver to addresses in Denmark. The delivery time is typically 1-4 business days from the time your order is shipped. Delivery costs will be provided during checkout.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email at contact@jpstudio.dk

You must cover the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it. You are liable for any reduction in the product’s value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and functionality.

If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the purchase price, including standard delivery costs. The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after we have received your cancellation notice or the returned product, whichever comes first. You have a 24-month warranty in accordance with Danish law. If the product is defective or does not meet your expectations, you should contact us at contact@jpstudio.dk for guidance on how to make a claim.

We reserve the right for printing errors, sold-out items, and changes in product information. We are not responsible for indirect losses or damages arising from the use of our products.
